I’ve been getting back into the gym and eating a lot healthier. Down around 12 pounds. Kind of plateauing as I’m getting stronger again but definitely losing some of the beef.

Been running over lunch while here in WI on vacation. 4 miles per day so far. Today was 35:05.
Get after it brother. Can’t stay out of the groove for long.I put on 5 lbs back to 310. Can’t afford that gotta kick ass. Started tonight with 30 minutes rolling hills. I’m getting down to 300 in two weeks im determined
