Took a few days off to heal my back/hip…didn’t work out for four days but still down another 2 lbs so that’s 35 total. Worked out light today and I’m sore as hell but no sharp pain so I should be good to go now
I just planned my workout schedule for a full month. Not only am I working out 5-6 days a week, I’m now organizing my workouts. I’ve become unrecognizable
Bad news: Didnt lose any weight this week.
good news: I didn’t gain any weight after I pigged out in Asheville and have only worked out twice since Saturday
